Tuition Payments & Policies

Tuition is paid in nine equal payments one month in advance. Payment must be submitted by the 15th of the month prior to the beginning of the month for which tuition is being submitted. (Example, September tuition is due by August 15th.)

Please follow the buttons below to pay your tuition online. Transaction fees apply to online payments and are noted in the table below. If you prefer to pay by cash or check, please remit to the BLWC church office or to your child’s teacher upon drop-off or pick-up. (Checks can be made to Bethel Life or BLWC.)

Late Payments, Bounced Checks

Tuition payments will be considered late if received after the 20th of the month. As such, online payment options will only be available from the 1st – 19th of the month. If a payment is late, a $10.00 fee will be charged.

If a check is bounced by the bank, there will be an additional fee of $35.00 that will need to be paid to Bethel Life. If two checks during the fiscal year are returned by the bank, all tuition payments from that point forward must be made by cash or money order.

When a family is 30 days late paying tuition, the child’s placement in the school may be lost. Once tuition is 60 days’ delinquent, the child will not be able to attend class and will forfeit his/her spot in school.
